Not, I haven't finish with the Doll I suppose to cast, but the First set of Molds are drying (above 7days) so while that I'll working on some other pieces, like heads and playing around with double joints for legs and arms.

Almost Done with the First Set of Plaster Molds
Now I know why there has to be a second set of molds for the final pieces, there is a lot of imperfections in the mold and in the pieces themselves, I was reading that once having the cast pieces in wax they can be fix a even reshape, So here I go, right I'm working on the head and arms the last pieces, but here is a peek of the pieces I have done, I was using plaster of Paris for this first set, will Use Pottery Plaster N#1 for the master Molds.

BJD Doll playing with the head
Man! I just can wait for this Doll to be done, I finished with the hands today, will be ready to cast in a little while.
In the same time I playing coloring the face, I'm not really happy within I'll make another head, anyway I have to make quiet few Dolls for the Convention.

Second Ball Jointed Doll - Have the joints done
And its just a hand ahead LOL, yep I finally got to make her joints and feet. Next will be the hands and it will be ready. Here some pics:
I had her temporary stringing just to be sure all the joints are working. And I knew polymer clay couldn't take the pressure, one of her thighs was staring to crack just a little, so after I checked for the joint function I had to un-string her quickly, well It mat be the kind of polymer clay I used, it may be stronger with Fimo puppen or another kind of strong clay. but still, all the pieces are meant to take lot of pressure.
