BJD Trying to Cast in resin
Yep, I have tried this last year, from a long concept I've been working for several years now, I believe I have old posts from the beginning of my BJD made from scratch originally in polymer clay and as mention I try some casting last year not being successful because of those darn bubble on the resin. And well I found the pieces I save and decided to restore her.

And here with the progress:
She looks pretty bad I open up the bubble to fill it up...
Here almost restore...
And now painting with airbrush, she will be a fairy so I'm pretty sure won't have a flesh tone skin O.O

Neytiri BJD
Yep this, is gonna be great! working in a 14" Neytiri BJD. I got the body pattern from picture references online, then I draw the joints and balls.
Clay of choice Cernit, as I consider to be one of the strongest polymer clays. I had and old batch of 1/2lb of chocolate and 1/2lb almond, it was two days of work but I got to mix the colors and get them soften to be able to work with, and here it goes so far... Core body with aluminum foil and straws
I will keep posted for upcoming updates ;)

2013 Quinlan Doll and Teddy Bear Convention
This was my very first time participating in a Convention and what can I say?... it was wonderful!! I got the meet great Artists such as the Mad Sculptor, Kevin Buntin, Diane Keeler and more!! I got to meet fellow Artist/friends whom I only known online out of various groups, guilds I have been. I got to make friends and share our love for this amazing world of Dolls, it was just a great place to be, will never forget those great 3 days and hopefully will be part of this next year.
Oh by the way my precious creation "Lord Thranduil and Elk" found a new home also at the Quinlan Show. I will miss them specially the sweet Elk...
